Free Online Report Studio: One PDF from All Your Calculations

All tools
This studio reads the project saved by the Project bar on every suite tool. Visit any tool, press Save inputs there, come back, and it appears in the list above ready to become a report section. Everything stays in your browser.

The report writes itself

Every engineering job ends the same way: hours of copying numbers from tools into a document. Report Studio deletes that step. Each suite tool on this site carries a Project bar; press Save inputs there and the tool records what you entered and what it concluded, privately in your browser. Open this studio and those sessions appear as a checklist. Give the report a title, an author, and a client, tick the tools to include, and press Build Report: a cover page, your named project values, a numbered section per tool with its results and inputs, and a closing note assemble themselves into a preview you can print straight to PDF.

Report pages being assembled from saved calculator sessions: a cover page, a section per tool with a results table, and an appendix of saved fields, joined into one PDF
The tools you used become sections; the project becomes a document you can hand over.

Nothing leaves your machine at any point. The project lives in your browser storage, the report is assembled locally, and the PDF comes from your own print dialog.

A worked example

  • Run the pumping test tool on your drawdown data and press Save inputs: transmissivity and storativity are recorded.
  • Size the capture zone with the same project values, save again.
  • Add the water balance and a contour map of your water levels the same way.
  • Open Report Studio: four sections are waiting, and the hydrogeology report that used to take an afternoon takes a minute.

What lands in each section

  • The results table holds exactly the numbers the tool displayed in its result cards when you pressed Save, so the report matches what you saw.
  • The inputs table records every entry that produced those results, which is the audit trail reviewers ask for.
  • Each section carries the date it was calculated and the address of the tool, so anyone can rerun the work.
  • The closing note reminds readers that screening results deserve verification, the honest caveat every good report carries.

What this studio is for

Site investigation summaries, hydrogeology memos, screening study packages, and homework that arrives looking professional. It turns the tools on this site from calculators you visit into a system that remembers, and the difference shows the first time a client asks how you got a number.
